Minimum Requirements
- Qualification(s) :
- 3 year qualification in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
Key Responsibilities

Provide an advisory service to employees and management on all aspects of Eskom’s conditions of service (COS) and remuneration

Control payroll

Assist management with employees financial, social and personal problems, provide advise and information where possible and identify and assist with the referral specialists

Manage information and data

Maintain organisation management system

Supervise staff

Perform any legitimate activity as required
