Gijima is looking for a Productivity and Utilisation Intern to ensure that productivity and utilisation are accurately measured throughout the company, benchmarked against peers and continuously improved over time. Workforce planning principles will be utilized to report on the current and future staffing levels. This Internship will run for a period of 6 month.
Qualifications

A three year National Diploma or Degree majoring in Quantitative Management or Statistics or Mathematics
PURPOSE
- The role purpose is to ensure that productivity and utilisation are accurately measured throughout the company, benchmarked against peers and continuously improved over time. This role will also be responsible for financial modeling and input into bid management to ensure accurate costing of resources which includes utilisation, rates and overhead costs. Workforce planning principles will be utilized to report on the current and future staffing levels.
