We require Helpdesk Interns with good Customer service understanding and a desire to learn about technology to work in a dynamic environment. The perfect candidate will be customer centric and technologically curious. This position guarantees to be exciting, interesting and a challenging journey.
- Must have excellent Telephonic skills
- Microsoft Outlook support skills
- Understanding of the Internet and how it functions.
- Connectivity Support Knowledge (ADSL, etc).
- Willing to work shifts
– Must have reliable transport
- Previous/ current IT Experience Advantageous.
- Only South Africans Based in Cape Town will be considered for this role
