Toyota Graduate Programme 2014

Toyota South Africa is inviting applications into its graduate programme for 2014, whose aim is to develop and groom talented individuals for future technical and managerial responsibility.

The Toyota Graduate Programme comprises of six modules, the first of which involves three weeks of initial training and orientation. Further classroom and rigorous on-the-job training follows on placement in a specific department, with support from a direct supervisor and mentors.

The following field are catered for:

• Finance/Accounting

Requirements: Applicants must be in final year of study or have a completed qualification: *Degree or BCOM HNRS/CIMA in Accounting & Management Accounting (Qualifications must be obtained by December 2013) *Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word).

• Electrical Engineering

Requirements: Applicants must be in final year of study or have a completed qualification: *National Diploma or BSC or BTECH in electrical engineering (Qualifications must be obtained by December 2013) *Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word).

• Industrial Engineering

Requirements: Applicants must be in final year of study or have a completed qualification: *National Diploma or BSC or BTECH in Industrial engineering (Qualifications must be obtained by December 2013) *Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word).

• Mechanical Engineering

Requirements: Applicants must be in final year of study or have a completed qualification: *Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Qualifications must be obtained by December 2013) *Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word).

• Mechatronics

Requirements: *National Diploma or BSC or B.Tech in Mechatronics Engineering (Qualifications must be obtained by December 2013) *Must be computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word)

• Occupational Hygiene (Health and Safety)

Requirements: *BSC in the fields of natural science, Environmental Health or related discipline. (Qualifications must be obtained by December 2013) *Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word).

• Human Resources

Requirements: *HR Degree/Diploma (Qualifications must be completed by December 2013) *Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word).

Remuneration

Graduates will receive a monthly market related salary, monetary car allowance, medical aid,provident fund, 13th cheque, study assistance and a subsidised canteen allowance.
