Do you have an N2 technical qualification in the fields listed below? Are you interested in participating in an Anglo American learnership? South Africa’s mining conglomerate, Anglo American, is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for a place on their learnership programme which will be conducted at its thermal coal operation in Mpumalanga (Kriel Colliery).

Learnerships are available in the following areas:
- Rigger
- Fitting and Machining
- Automotive Electrician
- Diesel Mechanics
What are the requirements to be considered for this learnership at Anglo American?
The following are the requirements for this learnership:
- Minimum N2 Technical qualification with relevant subjects i.e.:
- Fitting and Machining (Maths, Science, Engineering Drawing, Fitting and Machining Trade theory)
- Rigger (Maths, Science, Technical Drawing) Rigger trade theory will be a added advantage)
- Automotive Electrician (Maths, Science, Industrial Electronics, Motor Electrical Trade Theory)
- Diesel Mechanic (Mathematics, Science, Engineering Drawing and diesel/motor trade theory)

Experience in the mining environment will be advantageous
- Must be able and willing to work shifts, standby & call outs when required

In possession of or able to obtain a certificate of fitness
Candidates will have to go through a psychometric test (If you apply you must be will and able to take this test)
