Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate staff movement
  • Coordinate and monitor recruitment projects
  • Coordinate and control information and data management
  • Coordinate and process Human Resource administration documents
  • Facilitate the maintenance of information on the org management system
  • Providing first line advisory service to employees and management on all aspects of conditions of service (COS)
  • Providing comprehensive administrative human resource service to customers i.e. managers, employees and non-permanent employees.
