Insurance giant, Mutual & Federal has 20 learnership opportunities for female candidates. Learners are required to have a grade 12 certificate and be willing to start with the learnership on 1 August 2013. The are 20 opportunities in the programmes.
Requirements
The following are the requirements of the Mutual & Federal Sales Learnership Programme 2013:
- must be black (African, Coloured, Indian) South African women
- must have a Grade 12 / matric certificate (should be completed 2011 or 2012 – overall achievement level 28)
- English First OR Second language (level 5)
- Other language (level 5)
People with disabilities may apply, however – due to the nature of the work environment- people with sight and hearing impairment should not apply.
What will I get from the learnership?
The learnership offers on-the-job training as well as theoretical training. Learners will also be trained in Microsoft Office 2010. On completion learners will receive an FAIS Learnership Qualification (NQF level 4). Learners will be paid a stipend of R2,500 per month for the 12-months of the learnership. Learners will also be considered for permanent jobs at Mutual & Federal if they perform meritoriously during the learnership – if positions are available.
