SAP Branding Internship

Your task is to drive awareness and engagement on our regional and global Facebook channels and potentially other social media channels. Relying on your networking and social media skills, you will create content and stories that promote SAP’s culture to your peers in the outside world. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Be an ad-hoc storyteller and engage with employees to promote their story
  • Search internal communities and turn really interesting stories into external posts or blogs, making sure to get the employee’s approval for any text or pictures
  • Manage the community by listening to our followers’ needs and responding with interesting, fun, and exciting stories based on SAP’s Employee Value Proposition
  • Manage day-to-day operations of Facebook and monitor what our competitors do
  • Provide reports and documentation of the channel’s performance

As a contributing member of our energetic team, you will also be in touch with other global Employer Branding projects and future state of the Careers Website.

  • Active and passionate user of social media
  • Proficient writing skills in English
  • Good communicator, high cultural and diversity sensitivity and ability to work as a team-player virtually in a small cross-national team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • No SAP IT Skills required but a level of tech-passion like basic HTML, Photoshop or Web publishing is a plus
  • Student working experience in the areas of Marketing, Communications, Social Media or Advertising
  • Extra-curricular activities in the Area of Sustainability of Social Impact (optional)
