2014 / 2015 Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Internship Programme

The South African Department of Trade and Industry (dti) is calling for applications for its 2014 / 2015 internship programme. The internship programme will be conducted over a period of twelve (12) months – from April 2014 until March 2015 – at the DTI head office in Pretoria, Gauteng. Applications are invited from graduates in various fields (see table below) with qualifications ranging from N6 nated- certificates, National Diplomas, and Bachelors Degrees to Honours degrees.

Successful candidates will be required to sign a 12-months internship contract, and will receive  a monthly stipend for the duration of the contract.

In addition to meeting the above qualification requirements, you should:

  • Be a South African citizen;
  • Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years;
  • have NEVER took part in any government internship programme.

All foreign qualification should be verified with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) by the applicant.
