What you can expect:

During this 2 year program, you will have the chance to gain insight into our Procurement, Agriculture and Coatings divisions. BASF offer you an opportunity to participate in a structured program of skills transfer and international exposure in the specified fields. They offer Trainees the opportunity to develop skills on the job as they are trained in the hands on knowledge and techniques required for the various divisions. From day one, you will take part in challenging tasks, especially in projects. Your assignments during the program as well as your goals will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.

What BASF expects:

You have a degree or diploma with excellent grades in Marketing Management, Plant Pathology, Agronomy or Business Studies or a comparable subject. Beyond this, you have very good English language skills and are able to communicate with people across all levels. You must convince BASF with your excellent ability to work in a team, display of passion and drive as well as an interest in the fields mentioned above.
