Investec is looking for a Bachelor of Commerce Graduate to fulfil the role of Graduate Trainee in the Wealth & Investment – Share Schemes department. The trainee position is based at Investec’s Sandton, South Africa premises and the intern will receive market related remuneration for the duration of the training.
Job description
- General Admin:
- Recons
- Scheduling meetings
- Document processing
- Credit Control
- Attend Client meetings
- Understand BDA and reconcile to staff share schemes system.
- Capture Data on the Share Scheme Admin Database (SIMS)
- Run Reports from Crystal Handle all client queries (i.e. interest, dividends, corporate actions, lost shares and Share Scheme data)
- Asses client needs and convert these needs to IT specifications.
