The Office of the Public Service Commission is inviting applications from young South Africans with a Grade 12/Matric/ Senior Certificate qualification to apply for their 12-months long learnership programme which will culminate in a National Diploma: Public Finance Management and Administration at NQF Level 5. Learners will be required to sign a 12-months learnership contract and will be paid a monthly stipend of R2 827.23 for the duration of the learnership. This learnership is based in Pretoria, Gauteng. Learners will be exposed to both on-the-job training and in-class tuition.

What are the requirements?

  • Applicants must be unemployed South African youth (between 18 and 35 years old);
  • Have a Grade 12/Matric/ Senior Certificate qualification;
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills;
  • Have problem-solving and organising skills;
  • Have good interpersonal skills.
