Then you might be the person Transnet Freight Rail is looking to appoint the position of Trainee Yard Official at their Beaconsfield, Kimberley operations. The Trainee Yard Official will be required be qualified in Yard Official duties (if you are not qualified in Yard Official duties Transnet Freight Rail will require you to attend the first available course) and will have an opportunity to be awarded an employment contract at the completion of their training. Trainees will be paid a monthly stipend during the duration of training.
What are the requirements?
- Have a matric/Grade 12 qualification, preferably with Mathematics;
- Be physically fit;
- Have clear speech and visual acuity;
- Be qualified in Yard Official duties or be prepared to attend and pass the first available course
