The Hilton Cape Town is inviting applications for its 2017 graduate internship programme from unemployed South Africans with minimum of a completed diploma in any of these fields: Hospitality Management, Travel and Tourism. This will be a 12-months internship based in Cape Town, South Africa. The successful candidate will assist in operations and work with customers and Guests as part of a project used to demonstrate your abilities to work in the hotel operations sector.
The duties of Graduate Interns will include, to:

Respond to Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner

Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times

Answer internal and external calls in a professional manner, as required

Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with other team members.

Attend appropriate training courses, when required

Follow and adhere to company brand standards

Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members
As a Graduate you will be rotated in all the various departments of the Hotel:

Engineering Department

Information Technology Department
