South32 2017 Learnerships (Only Matric OR N3 & Driver’s License required)

Coal mining company, South32, is inviting applications for its 2017 Production Process Learnerships from suitably qualified young South Africans with a Matric / Grade 12 OR N3. The learnership programme is based at South32’s operations in Witbank/eMalahleni in Mpumalanga. A monthly learnership allowance will be paid for the duration of the learnership. The purpose of the learnership is to develop and successfully qualify learners in the Coal Process Production environment. They will be qualified in Rail and Metallurgical Processes.

What are the requirements?

In order to be considered, candidates should meet the following the requirements:

  • Serious contenders will have a Grade 12 with Mathematics or Science / N3 Technical Certificate;
  • Valid Driver’s License is essential; and
  • While not a minimum required,experience in a Coal Processing environment will be advantageous.

Assessments based on the job requirements will form part of the selection.
