Massmart is inviting applications for its 18-months Learnerships /internship programme for college TVET student who have completed their N6 and need to complete the work-integrated learning. The positions will be based within Massmart operations in Eastern Cape, Free State, Gauteng, KwaZulu-Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West. Learners will be responsible for:
- Manage development plan by completion of training assignments
- Manage development plan to increase own competencies and skills by attendance of training
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
- Live the values of the business through demonstrating and displaying of the values required in the business
What are the requirements?
Candidates must possess a N6 In the following discipline:
- Engineering
- Business Management
- Financial Management
- Marketing Management
- Financial Management
- Certified ID copy
- Certified N6 certificate
- Certified matric certificate
- SA citizen, with valid SA ID number
- Unemployed
- Younger than 35 years of age
- Willing to work retail hours (weekends, busy trading periods such as Christmas, public holidays)
- Not registered for same program at SETA before / not currently registered with any SETA for any programme.
