The Old Mutual Scholarship programme is aimed at pupils in grades 8 and 9. This is because it offers its scholarship from Grade 10 onwards and it is strictly for high school learners. If you are interested in a career in accounting or actuarial studies and are in grade 8 or 9, Old Mutual promises to fund your schooling at “one of South Africa’s top Model C or Independent schools”.
Below are the requirements and criteria:
*First and foremost you must have a desire to follow an accounting or actuarial career.
*You must be a South Africa citizen.
*You must have talent and show leadership qualities.
*You must be financially needy.
*You must know Maths (NOT maths literacy) and English (to show this you must have achieved at least 65 % or more in your latest results).
HURRY for the closing date is the 15 July.
