Hi Moses,
Usually internships are targeted at people with a degree or national diploma. People with matric are normally targeted by learnerships. Call centre certificates are also required by certain internships, but these would be those that require call centre agents.

Opportunities for next year at the GPAA have net yet being advertised, but we estimate that the advert will be released towards the end of next month.

I would like to know if these opportunity commence next year, will they cater for people who also have matric and call centre certificates; an again what is the minimum age criteria used in this programme?

In reply to Gugu. Hi Gugu, yes there will be such opportunities. But the positions are not yet advertised. We estimate that they will be advertised just before 2012 ends (towards the end of November). Hi Mathibz,

I think for “employee wellness” and “employee benefits” you will need HR, Psychology, or a related qualification. For “finance” you need Financial Management, Finance, Accounting or related study area. “Monitoring and evaluation” would require business management, business planning or other business-related study-area. I hope this answers your question.
