The National Lotteries Board (NLB) internship 2012

The National Lotteries Board has ten (10) internship opportunities available for a 12 months period. This is a paid internship; therefore interns will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of the programme. The successful interns will be placed in one of the NLB’s four divisions (Communications, Central Applications Office: Charities Sector, Legal, and Compliance).

Three (3) Communication Officer interns
National Diploma, B Degree, BTech, Honours, Post Grad. Diploma, Masters  (NQF 6 – 10):

  • Project Management
  • Project Management

 

Central Applications Office: Charities Sector 2 Grant Officer Interns
Law Degree Legal Division:

  • Legal Services
  • Legal Compliance
  • Contracts/ Debt Collection
  • Criminal Law
Two (2) Legal Officer Interns
National Diploma, B Degree, BTech, Honours, Post Grad. Diploma, Masters  (NQF 6 – 10):

  • Law
  • Compliance Management
  • Accounting and Auditing
  • Forensic investigation

 

Compliance Division:

  • Regulations
  • Grant Audits
  • Due Diligence review
  • Forensic Investigations
  • Compliance Monitoring
Two (2) Field Officer Interns and One (1) Compliance Officer Intern

 

What are the requirements for this internship?

Additional to the above-mentioned qualifications, the applicants must be:

  • Between 18 and 35 years old
  • South African citizen
  • Unemployed graduate who never participated in an internship programme.
