Employment on the Graduate Development Programme is permanent and continues after completion of the programme. Graduates are recruited as per the business and project needs of Murray & Roberts. You will be employed where your skills are needed and this can be anywhere in South Africa, therefore relocation is possible. Salaries are market related. |
What are the requirements?
Murray & Roberts recruits B Eng, BSc and B Tech graduates with a strong academic record.
To be considered you need to:
- Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
- Have no more than two years full time work experience since graduating
- Be prepared to work in any area of the country where your skills are needed.
- Participation in extramural activities, achievement and leadership ability will also be considered when making a decision.
Candidates must:
-have completed studies / in final year of study
-be South African / permanent residents
-have 60 – 65% average for all subjects
