AngloGold Ashanti invites South Africans – both those not employed by the mining company and those who are employed within the company and their dependants – to apply for their bursary programme for study in 2013.
The bursary programme will cover the following study areas:
1. Mining Engineering
2. Metallurgy (extractive only)
3. Chemical engineering (with minerals processing only)
4. Geology
5. Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (Heavy current)
6. Mine Surveying
7. Instrumentation and Process Control
What does the AngloGold Ashanti Bursary cover?
The AngloGold Ashanti Bursary will pay ALL your tuition and residence fees (or a residence allowance if your prefer private accomodation. It will pay a cash allowance to help buy books and cover incidental personal expenses. The bursary will buy you a laptop computer in your first year and you will also get vacation work or training as per your course’s requirements.

To apply for this bursary for study in 2013 please download the AngloGold Ashanti Bursary 2013 Application Form. Fill the application form in and return it with all the required documents before 15 June 2012 to this email address bursar@anglogoldashanti.com .
