  • B.COMM IT with NO MORE than 3 years work experience
  • An academic average of 65% at a minum

  • Availability to travel when needed

Your perfect start as a Management Associate with the BMW Group. The BMW Group’s Management Associates Programme (MAP) offers you the opportunity to jump-start your career within the BMW Group. Within 18 – 24 months; you will experience strategy, culture, daily business and the BMW Group brands from both a local and global perspective.

You will work in various parts of the company and accomplish international assignments, one of them in our headquarters in Munich. Your personal mentor, an experienced manager in the BMW Group, will be on hand to support you in finding a professional direction that is right for you and will guide you to develop your individual strengths.
