Chardes and Associates internship programme offers qualified students the opportunity to acquire direct experience in Human Resources under the supervision of Chardes Staff.
Interns must fulfil the following criteria:

• Candidate must have completed a Certificate/ Diploma or degree in HR
• Basic working knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

• The internship period will be for a 6 months period only
• The Company is not seeking any engagement with the Interns after they completed the programme and would therefore not be responsible to provide any.
• Interns must observe all applicable rules, regulations, instructions, procedures & directives of Chardes and Associates as laid down in the policies & procedures document.
• Interns will refrain from any conduct unbecoming the image of the Company
• Interns will keep all information, work product and procedures, and client information confidential.
• Interns must complete the evaluation questionnaire at the end of the programme.

• Good communication skills & professional personal presentation
• Organising, planning & customer service orientated
• Should be honest, respectful & trustworthy
• Should be flexible & possess cultural awareness
