A vacancy currently exists at ProductivitySA for an Intern WPC. The successful candidate would be given the opportunity to learn to perform the functions of a WPC Change Facilitator in the context of the Workplace Challenge, focusing on productivity / best operating practices and world class manufacturing processes.
NB: This is a 12 month Fixed-Term Contract position.
Minimum Requirements
Min: Completed National Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Production Management / Operations Management, Business Management or equivalent.
Being busy with Project Management Diploma or experience (Portfolio required for evidence)
EXPERIENCE
· Workplace experience or internship with the required ability to become a good facilitator
· Experience of the factory shop floor as a worker will be an advantage
· Experience should have lead to an appreciation of the business environment including at least manufacturing
Other:
· Valid drivers license
· Own suitable transport
· Computer literacy – MS Office
· Knowledge of at least one indigenous South African language
