- assist with extracting and collating financial information from the accounting system
- assist with the setting up a structured central repository of electronic external financial reports
- Assist with the establishment of a filing system for paper based copies of donor financial reports
- Assist with the coordination of meetings to discuss financial processes and procedures
- Assist with capturing financial data into the organisation’s budgeting tool/system
- Perform any other duties as that may be assigned by management from time to time; in line with skills and competencies.
- Graduation from a four year university or college with a degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office products especially MS Excel and MS Outlook
- Experience working with accounting systems with relational databases a plus
- Excellent numeracy skills and ability to retrieve data and organize it into summary reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A problem solver with analytical ability and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to understand the function of the organisational units/ departments and how they interrelate with each other to serve the final customer/client
- Commitment to, and enthusiasm for, m2m’s vision and mission including the prevention of HIV infections among infants and empowerment of HIV+ women
- Fluency in English is essential.
