A division of Pioneer Foods, the Ceres Beverage Company, has position available for a Human Resources Management intern for a period not exceeding 18 months. The position is based in Ceres and the intern will be paid a stipend.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate for the position is required to have a B-Degree OR National Diploma in Human Resources Management. Experience is not required.
The successful intern will be trained in, and will be required to have a output in the following functions:
- Skills Development
- Recruitment and Selection
- Training and Development
- Employment Equity
- Systems, Procedures and Practices
This position will be filled in line with the objectives of Pioneer Foods Employment Equity plans and therefore designated candidates as per the Employment Equity Act of 1998, are encouraged to apply.
