ISP Helpdesk Intern – RSAWEB

We require Helpdesk Interns with good Customer service understanding and a desire to learn about technology to work in a dynamic environment. The perfect candidate will be customer centric and technologically curious. This position guarantees to be exciting, interesting and a challenging journey.

Job Requirements:

  • Must have excellent Telephonic skills
  • Microsoft Outlook support skills
  • Understanding of the Internet and how it functions.
  • Connectivity Support Knowledge (ADSL, etc).
  • Willing to work shifts

– Must have reliable transport

Advantageous:

  • Previous/ current IT Experience Advantageous.
  • Only South Africans Based in Cape Town will be considered for this role
