The Murray & Roberts Graduate Development Programme assists in meeting the long term human capital and leadership needs of the Group through attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining graduates.

The 2014 Murray & Roberts Graduate Programme is a 12-months programme that will provide graduates with a unique opportunity to develop a full and diversified career in a world class organisation with a global presence.

Requirements

Murray & Roberts recruits B Eng, BSc and B Tech graduates with a strong academic record.

To be considered you need to:

  • Be a South African citizen or permanent resident
  • Have no more than two years full time work experience since graduating
  • Be prepared to work in any area of the country where your skills are needed.
  • Participation in extramural activities, achievement and leadership ability will also be considered when making a decision.

Who should apply?

Please with a tertiary qualification in any of the following areas (those in their final year of study may also apply):
