KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Sourcing Analyst –  contract management

·         Analyze sourcing and purchasing initiatives and process in support of the delivery of cost   effective and high quality goods and services.

·         Support purchasing / sourcing management in activities such as price benchmarking, supplier management, process analysis, market and industry research, and model building.

·         Conduct minor contract negotiations.  Gather information and provide input on larger contract negotiations. 

·         Supports 6Sigma projects through active team membership or provision of data and market intelligence. 

·         Interact with suppliers with regard to payments and order fulfillment.

·         Ability to learn, analyze, and understand business and technical processes

·         Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, presentation) to all levels of the organization.

·         Ability to develop strong relationships with key customers in the business and approach every challenge with a customer-centric view.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Supply Management, Business, Economics, Materials Engineering, International Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering or related area
