The person will be responsible for assisting with:
- Implementation and maintenance of the compliance process
- Compliance risk assessment and development of compliance risk management plans
- Regulatory compliance monitoring
- Compilation of internal and external compliance reports
- Implementation of remedial action
- Review regulatory training material to ensure that training requirements are met
- Communication of compliance issues with employees
- Liaising with regulators on administrative issues
BComm, Law degree or similar recognized compliance qualification
- Awareness of financial services legislation
- Ability to work independently
