BHP Billiton is inviting applications for its BECSA Maintenance Learnerships for 2013. The learnership positions will be placed at BHP Billiton’s site at Wolvekrans Colliery in Witbank, Mpumalanga. To be eligible to apply for this learnership you must have an Grade 12 with Maths and Science OR N3 Technical qualification coupled with at least a Code B driver’s license.
Your driving aim during this program will be to develop and successfully qualify as an Artisan in various trades, such as Plater/Welder, Fitting, Diesel Mechanic, Electrical and Millwright.
Serious contenders will have N3 Technical or a Grade 12 with Maths and Science.ย Having a Code B driver’s license will be an advantage, assessments based on the job requirements will form part of the selection process.
