City of Ekurhuleni Municipality is inviting applications from suitably qualified disaster management students and graduates for a place on their 12-months long disaster management internship programme. Interns will be paid an allowance of R3,500 per annum.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Citizens of South Africa who are currently studying in the field of Disaster Management at an approved training institution and / or who have completed a Disaster Management qualification (Degree / National Diploma). Preference will be given to residents of the Ekurhuleni Municipality.
- Registration with DMISA (Disaster Management Institute of Southern Africa).
- A driver’s license (Code EB (08).

- Internship Training in terms of the Council’s Internship Policy
