A graduate role within the Jaguar Land Rover Customer Services department will give you valuable exposure to all areas of the aftersales environment:
- Ownership Experience
- Technical
- Parts & Accessories
- Dealer Training
From Day 1 in this fast paced, customer focused department, you will take responsibility for the administration, reporting and and IT systems within your field. In addition, you will be given a key business project to lead and manage over a given time period with the opportunity to report back to the senior Management team on completion. Applicants must have a passion for the automotive industry and customer satisfaction.
Academic achievement is important and applicants must have completed their degree qualification in a relevant discipline within the last two years. In addition, cultural fit is important at Jaguar Land Rover and applicants must demonstrate the following ‘High Performance Behaviours’ that Jaguar Land Rover will assess throughout; from the initial application form through to your individual performance review if you are successful.
