CIVICUS: World Alliance for Citizen Participation is inviting qualified graduates who have knowledge of the thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to apply for an internship opportunity at their Johannesburg office. The intern’s main role will be to produce design and multimedia content to support CIVICUS’ work and projects.
What are the requirements?
- You must have formal; training and some experience using the Adobe Creative Suite or similar programmes
- Time management, positive attitude, Microsoft Office, hardworking, team-player
- Excellent design skills for print and digital
- Job related knowledge required for this position includes multimedia design and production; social media, branding and marketing would be an advantage.
You duties, if you are successful, will include:
- Assist with content management for CIVICUS’ online channels.
- Produce and edit basic video products.
- Assist with other communication unit tasks as may arise.
- Produce creative concepts and be competent in DTP/layout.
- Assist with communication unit administration.
- Contribute to social media and online content.
- Graphic design for print and online, including for social media channels.
- Develop variety of communication products for social, digital and print media.
