NUMSA 2014 Bursaries

The National Union of Metalworkers of South Africa (Numsa) is inviting applications from members’ children and children of Numsa staff members to apply for Numsa 2014 Bursaries for university and university of technology studies. The bursaries are available only for FULL-TIME studies at a South African university or university of technology.

What are the requirements?

First and foremost, your parents have to be NUMSA union members or staff members. The you must meet the following criteria to be considered for a NMSA bursary:

You must be studying or planning to study towards any of the following:

  • Information Technology (IT)
  • B Com degree majoring in Auditing, Financial Management LLB, Accounting and Industrial/Labour Relations
  • BSc Engineering (Degrees and National Diploma)
  • B Education (Majoring in Maths and Science)
  • Biomedical Sciences and BSc Computer Science
  • Engineering: Civil, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgical, Industrial.

How to apply?

To apply you must download the application form (CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD)

Return the application form together with all the required documents to NUMSA on or before 30 August 2013 by post on the address provided on the form.
