Key Duties & Responsibilities

โ€ข A variety of projects and tasks that span the areas of organisational behaviour, occupational/ career psychology, personnel psychology, psychometric assessments and ethics

โ€ข Projects will give the intern exposure and strengthen the intern’s competence in the relevant fields

โ€ข The internship will be registered by the HPCSA and supervised by experienced Industrial Psychologists

Educational Requirements

โ€ข Master’s degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology

โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license

โ€ข Registration with the HPCSA as a Student Psychologist

 

Experience Requirements

โ€ข Some leadership skill set/ roles evident during schooling or studying period (an advantage)

โ€ข Any rudimentary experience in the World of Work during studies (an advantage)
