Key Duties & Responsibilities

• A variety of projects and tasks that span the areas of organisational behaviour, occupational/ career psychology, personnel psychology, psychometric assessments and ethics

• Projects will give the intern exposure and strengthen the intern’s competence in the relevant fields

• The internship will be registered by the HPCSA and supervised by experienced Industrial Psychologists

Educational Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial/ Organisational Psychology

• Valid driver’s license

• Registration with the HPCSA as a Student Psychologist

 

Experience Requirements

• Some leadership skill set/ roles evident during schooling or studying period (an advantage)

• Any rudimentary experience in the World of Work during studies (an advantage)
