The national Department of Transport is inviting applications from people like you for its 2014 internship programme. There are more than forty opportunities available on the programme, and the internship contract will last for a period of 12-months. The internships will be based at the Department of Transport’s head office in Pretoria.

Depending on your qualification, if you are successful you will receive a stipend starting from R4 035 per month for the duration of of the 12-months contract.
What are the requirements for applying for the Department of Transport Internship Programme?
- You must be a South African citizen;
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35 years;
- Have a diploma or degree in any of the fields listed below under “Qualifications Required”;
- Be willing to relocate and be stationed in Pretoria for the duration of the internship contract; and
- You must have NEVER participated in any internship programme run by any Government Department.
