This is a unique opportunity to creative and motivated junior designers to join our Design team for a two month internship in Durbanville, Western Cape . The selected candidate will work closely with the Design team, completing various tasks requiring design skills:
- Assist with design related tasks in Illustrator, Photoshop
- Prepare and send final artwork documents to our printers.
- Assist on video shoots and photography shoots
- Assist with the designs for the company (corporate identity, digital adverts, mailers, corporate gifts, how to documents, vehicle branding, printed media)
Requirements:
- Mac and PC literate
- Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator
- Microsoft Office – MS Word, PowerPoint
Advantageous:
- Video editing and photography
- Proof reading and editing
- Knowledge of print
- Prior internship experience
- Experience in brand strategy and development
Personal Skills/Attributes:
- Able to take charge of a creative process
- Creative and conceptual thinker with a strong ability to see a task through from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team.
