South African Breweries’ (SAB) Rosslyn Brewery is currently accepting applications for placement on their 1-year Learnership Programme starting in February 2014. The packaging learnerships are targeted at young South Africans with a Matric/Grade 12 qualification with Maths and English as passed subjects.
The SAB Packaging learnership offers both on-the-job training and off-the-job learning for a period of approximately 12-months, at the successful completion of which learners will be awarded with a National Certificate at NQF level 3 – the National Certificate in Food and Beverage Packaging. This learnership will be based in Rosslyn, Pretoria.
What are the requirements?
To be considered for these learnership opportunities, you have to meet the following minimum requirements:
- Have a Grade 12/Matric qualification with Maths and English as passed subjects;
- Though not requirements, the following will be advantageous:
- Possession of a technical qualification (at either N2, N3, N4, N5, N6); and
- Any experience in a food and beverage packaging environment.
