So you just received your matric (Grade 12) results and you passed? Now all you need is funding for your tertiary studies right? The East Rand Water Care Company (ERWAT) is inviting applications for its 2014 bursary programme. The bursary will pay for tuition, residence, and meals fees as well as buy prescribed books for all your courses.

East Rand Water Care Company (ERWAT) is focused on staying at the head of the pack in providing superior waste-water services, and that includes keeping our talent pool fresh. That’s why we  have a Talent Management Strategy, through which we offer comprehensive bursaries to deserving students for full-time studies every year.

We are proud to offer the following bursaries for the 2014 academic year: 

  • BSc Chemical Engineering (Ref. 105083/11)
  • BSc Civil Engineering (Ref. 105083/12)
  • BSc Analytical Chemistry (Ref. 105083/13)
  • ND Biotechnology (Ref. 105083/14)
What is required? 
  • A Matric with a minimum C symbol in Maths and Science

What’s on offer?

Full tuition, including prescribed books for 2014, residence fees and a monthly cash allowance.

The deciding factors will be academic performance and merit, but we’ll give preference to residents of Ekurhuleni.

In return, we’ll expect you to enter into a contract with ERWAT.
