South African energy and minerals company, Sasol, is currently inviting applications from young South Africans with matric, those currently in university, or those wishing to pursue post-graduate studies. Sasol Bursaries will be issued for the study year of 2015.
What are the requirements for 2015 SASOL Bursaries?
SASOL will issue bursaries for a number of engineering fields and several commercial degrees. Bursaries will be awarded for Grade 12 learners planning to study in these fields / university students already studying towards any of the degrees listed below:
- Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or BSc Engineering: Mechanical, Computer, Chemical, Mechatronics, Mining, Industrial, Civil, Electronic and Electrical;
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Degrees: Law, Logistics (Honours compulsory), Procurement & Supply (Honours compulsory), Accounting/ BBscience CA Stream (CTA, PGDA compulsory), and Informatics (Honours compulsory); and
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degrees: Metallurgy (Honours compulsory), Chemistry (Masters compulsory), Geology (Hons compulsory).
