Are you a final year or honours student in Computer Science? Do you need a bursary for the year 2015? Yes? Well, Media24 is inviting applications for its Computer Science Bursary Programme, which is in its second year; successful bursars will be awarded an all expenses paid bursary (tuition, food, books, and accommodation fees included) for the year 2015 and will be rewarded with an internship at the beginning of 2016. Minimum Requirements:

  • Registered for Honours in 2015 in any of the following degrees B.Sc (Computer Science); B.Sc Honours in Computer Science; B. Business Science (Computer Science or IS);
  • Academic average of at least 60% in 2014;
  • Experience with/knowledge of .Net; C#; ObjectiveC; Java; PHP; Rails; and/or HTML 5;
  • Experience with/knowledge of databases, stored procedures, and MySQL;
  • XHTML, CSS, JQuery, and/or AJAX.
