Are you an unemployed South African graduate with a National Diploma Logistics / Purchasing Management or BTech Logistics Management? Transnet is calling all unemployed South African graduates with a National Diploma Logistics / Purchasing Management or BTech Logistics Management to apply for its Graduate-in-Training opportunity in Supply Chain starting this year (2014). Successful candidates will be based at Transnet’s Nelson Mandela Bay Ports operations in Nelson Mandela Bay, Eastern Cape. Trainees will receive a monthly stipend for the duration of their training period, which will last 12 months (possible renewal on great performance).

What are the requirements?

  • Have a National Diploma Logistics / Purchasing Management or BTech Logistics Management;
  • Have basic understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel);
  • Have a valid drivers license;
  • Have supply chain management knowledge.
