Are you a South African Matric/Grade 12 learner or are you already at university looking for a bursary to fund your studies? South African mining company, Lonmin, is inviting applications its 2015 Bursary Programme. The bursaries are available to Matric learners or current students in any of the following engineering disciplines: Mine Survey, Instrumentation, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, Geology, Electrical Engineering, Analytical Chemistry and Mechanical Engineering.
Lonmin will pay the study fees of bursary holders for the duration of their studies and, on successful completion of studies, bursary holders will work for one of Lonmin’s operations
What are the requirements?
- Be a South African citizen, who are in Grade 12 or current at university studying towards a relevant qualification;
- Must be enrolled or planning to enrol for a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:
- Analytical Chemistry;
- Geology;
- Mining Engineering;
- Instrumentation;
- Electrical Engineering;
- Chemical Engineering;
- Mine Survey
- Metallurgy; OR
- Mechanical Engineering.
