BHP Billiton in Witbank, Mpumalanga is inviting applications from young South Africans with a Matric OR N3 technical qualification to apply for their BHP Billiton BECSA Maintenance Learnership opportunities currently available at its Khutala Colliery. Candidates are required to have passed Maths and Science in their Grade 12 or N3 technical studies. Successful candidates will be trained – both theoretically and practically – to qualify as artisans in any of the following trade fields: Auto Electricians, Boilermakers, Diesel Mechanics, Electricians, Fitters, and Instrumentation Technicians.

Please make sure you meet the following minimum requirements before attempting to apply:
- Have a Matric / Grade 12 qualification with pure Maths and Science, OR N3 technical qualification;
- Have knowledge of safety regulations and rules;
- Have physical coordination skills;
- Advantage: Computer skills;
