South African logistics company, Barloworld Transport, is inviting applications from young South Africans with a Grade 12 certificate OR a minimum of an N2 qualification OR an NCV level 4 to apply for their three-year long apprenticeship programme to start in 2015 at their depots in KwaZulu-Natal (Avoca, Mkondeni and Howick) and Gauteng (Isando, Johannesburg). Apprentices will be paid a monthly allowance for the duration of the apprenticeships.
What are the requirements?
You have to meet the following minimum requirements to be considered:
- Have a Grade 12 qualification; OR
- Have a minimum of N2 with the following subjects: mathematics, science, technical drawing or diesel trade theory; OR
- An NCV Level 4 in an Engineering discipline;
- Be a South African citizen;
- Not a minimum requirement but advantageous: a valid drivers’ licence.
