The South African Breweries’ (SAB) Customer Interaction Centre in Randburg, Gauteng is inviting applications for its Client Relationship Representative (Call Centre) Learnership from young and unemployed South Africans with a Grade 12 (Matric certificate) and computer literacy. The learnership is a twelve-months long training programme in which learners will be equipped with on-the-job skills and theoretical knowledge to optimally operate in a contact centre environment.
What are the requirements?
The minimum requirements you have to meet in order to be considered for the SAB Client Relationship Representative (Call Centre) Learnership are as follows:
- You must have a Grade 12 (Matric) qualification;
- Be fluent in the English language and another language;
- Computer literacy (particularly in Microsoft Office);
- Good typing and/or data capturing skills;
- Be punctual and have a willingness to work on weekends.
