Are you a young South African who is unemployed and possess a Matric qualification? Do you stay in any (or closer to any of them) of the following areas: Vereeniging,Boksburg, Carletonville and Klerksdorp. Are you looking for an opportunity to earn while you earn? Iemas, a South African insurance and financial services provider, is inviting applications for its 2015 Financial Advisories Learnerships from young unemployed South Africans with a Matric/Grade 12 qualification. The learnership programme will pay a monthly allowance of R3000 and will start on 1 August 2015. On successful completion, learners will be awarded an NQF 4 National Certificate in Insurance. The learnership will be based at Iemas’ South Gauteng (Vereeniging,Boksburg, Carletonville and Klerksdorp) regional offices.
What are the requirements?
- Have a Grade 12/ Matric certificate with English & Maths passed with D symbol or above (50% and above);
- Be an unemployed;
- Be a previously disadvantage person (persons with disabilities are also invited to apply);
- Not be studying in 2015;
- Confidence, good communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure; and
- While NOT a minimum requirement, it would be to your advantage to have a Code 08 or higher code drivers’ license.
