First National Bank Learnerships (Only Matric required)

A member of the FirstRand financial services conglomerate, the First National Bank (FNB), is inviting application for its learnerships from young unemployed South Africans with a Matric / Grade 12 qualification. The FNB learnerships are open to South Africans from all provinces, however, they will be based in Gauteng Province – therefore if you apply while you reside in any other province you must be willing to come to Gauteng for the learnership programme. A monthly allowance will be paid for the duration of the learnership.

What are the requirements?

  • Have a Matric / Grade 12 qualification;
  • Must have passed pure Mathematics and English with 65% or above;
  • Have no criminal record;
  • Must not be currently in a learnership and must have never been in a learnership before.
