Households product manufacturer and marketer, Procter & Gamble, is inviting applications from unemployed South African graduates to apply for their Human Resources Internship programme. The internship is scheduled to start in December 2015. Interns will work on various HR-related projects including: projects in Recruiting, Training, Compensation, Employee Communication & Engagement and more.
Qualities required:
- Ability to work and communicate well with others – All assignments in HR require working with people and having genuine interest in employees. The ability to collaborate and communicate with them effectively will help build credibility and influence with members and leaders of the organisation.
- Basic understanding of organization theories and models – You need this to be able to assess the organization and recommend design and changes to improve organisation systems and culture. This will also help him/her later on to be able to drive and manage transformations that are needed to make the organization adaptive and competitive.
